When selling a home you will simply sign a listing contract with one of our pre-screened real estate agents for a listing fee of $3,500 + 3%. The 3% portion is what will be paid to the agent who brings the buyer. When buying a home with one of our agents, that agent will credit up to 1% from their commissions. This will be put towards your closing cost at the settlement of your new home. This is 1% of the purchase price, not 1% of their earned commissions.

NO, there are no hidden real estate commission fees. Some real estate agents charge a “Broker Fee on top of the commissions. Your WISE agent will NOT charge this fee. There are however other fees associated with buying or selling a home, typically referred to as CLOSING COST. These fees/charges vary depending on the type of transaction. There are transfer taxes, title fees and mortgage charges. Your WISE agent will supply you with an estimate of all of these charges when they meet with you.
